Society management app
Simplifying society management.
Bills, visitors, vehicles and the gate — in one app for the committee, residents and security.
What the app does
Built for Indian residential societies: wings, flats, maintenance and the gate.
Maintenance billing
Raise monthly bills, other charges and late interest. Admin records cash or cheque at the office. Residents get a PDF receipt.
Visitors at the gate
The guard registers a visitor. The owner or tenant approves from their phone. Entry and exit are recorded, with OTP when needed.
Vehicles and parking
Residents register their vehicles. The guard can verify a vehicle at the gate against the society record.
The right screen for each role
Admin, owner, tenant and guard each see only what their role allows. A rented flat splits financial access and day-to-day residential access.
Collections and charges
One-time collections and special charges sit next to monthly maintenance, so the society’s accounts stay in one place.
Announcements
The committee can send notices to residents instead of relying only on the WhatsApp group.
Who it’s for
One app. Four roles. Each person opens the screens that apply to them.
Admin
Flats, residents, bills, cash and cheque collection, reports, guards and announcements.
Owner
Maintenance bills and receipts for their flat. Visitors and residential tools when they live there.
Tenant
Visitors, vehicles and day-to-day residential access for the flat they occupy.
Security guard
Visitor entry and exit, OTP at the gate, vehicle checks, and voice registration in Hinglish.
How it works
- 1
The society is set up
Admin adds wings, flats, residents and guards. Each person signs in with their own account.
- 2
Work goes to the right person
Bills land on the owner’s flat. A visitor request goes to whoever lives there — owner or tenant.
- 3
The gate and the books stay in sync
The guard handles entry and exit. Receipts and visitor records stay with the society.
